Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (unless received damaged).
  • Products without original packaging.
  • Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or defective).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchange

We only replace items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
